Contract & Approval: Confirming the Details
With the final design in place, we’ll prepare a contract outlining the project scope, timeline, and costs. This contract ensures both parties are clear on expectations and allows us to officially begin work. Once you’ve reviewed and signed the contract, a deposit is required to secure your spot, we then proceed to plan for the construction phase.

With the planning and approvals complete, we begin the construction phase.
