The Founder of Milton Stone

At Milton Stone, every project is a reflection of the dedication and experience of the founder, Francesco. His construction journey began at a young age, and the passion he has for his work is embedded in his family’s legacy. As a third-generation craftsman, Francesco’s path in the industry started when he was just 7 or 8 years old, working alongside his father—a general contractor known for executing large-sized home renovation and restoration projects within many Jewish communities.

Growing up, Francesco was no stranger to construction sites. During his summer days off school, he was working. He started by handing his father tools—like screwdrivers, and hammers, and helping by cleaning up and keeping the site organized—gradually taking on more complex tasks as he grew. From mixing cement and installing marble floors to learning electrical work and building concrete retaining walls by 13, Francesco’s education in construction was hands-on and thorough. By 14, he was already running small projects of his own.

Even as a child, he was always looking for ways to do things better, faster, and more efficiently. This drive eventually led him to create his own business by 17-18, leveraging both his hands-on skills and his sharp business mindset. Today, he’s known for his impeccable reputation for providing high-quality, custom outdoor spaces for wonderful homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area.

As a Christian, Francesco’s faith plays a key role in his life and business. His values of honesty, integrity, and a commitment to excellence guide every aspect of his work. He’s a proud family man, husband, and father of two, and believes that strong relationships are at the core of any successful businessperson. Whether it’s with his clients, his team, or his family, Francesco is dedicated to building lasting connections based on trust and respect.
