Our Warranty

Milton Stone provides the highest-quality products and installs these products in conformance with its installation quality specifications. We are so confident that you will be delighted with the quality of its workmanship that we provide you with a lifetime workmanship warranty on installations with new base done by Milton Stone.
For pavers, walls, and steps: if the workmanship of the installation fails to conform to our installation quality specifications, Milton Stone will, at its election, repair or replace the products at its own expense.

Terms & Condition

To submit a claim, email us at [email protected] Claims must be submitted promptly after discovery. If after inspection, a valid claim exists, Milton Stone will repair, re-install, replace, or refund the purchase price at its option. Milton Stone may substitute the product if the originally installed product is not available. Replacement of a product does not renew the warranty period. This warranty assumes normal and reasonable use of products. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by occurrences beyond the control of Milton Stone, including, but not limited to, overloading, impact, abrasion, commercial use, improper or insufficient maintenance, corrosion due to atmospheric contamination, poor soil, tree roots, changes in the water table, water main breaks, scratching or scuffing of pavers, lack of traction or slipperiness of joint sand stabilizers, efflorescence in pavers and stonework. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by insects or animals, including, but not necessarily limited to, burrowing underneath surfaces. Milton Stone is not responsible for damages caused by de-icing salts, or any other products applied to natural stone or concrete products. Milton Stone does not guarantee any asphalt work or concrete work. Tampering with any products Milton Stone other than Milton Stone voids this warranty. This warranty is the only express warranty provided by Milton stone.

MILTON STONE HEREBY EXCLUDES AND DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BY WAY OF ILLUSTRATION AND NOT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, HABITABILITY, AND MERCHANTABILITY. THE LIMITED WARRANTIES CONTAINED HEREIN SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

Milton Stone liability under this warranty is limited to the amounts received by Milton Stone for services rendered under the sales contract. In no event shall Milton Stone be obligated or liable for incidental, accidents, special, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind for the breach of any express or implied warranty.

This warranty is not transferable.

Warranty will not commence until all payments are paid in full and received by Milton Stone.
